The Role:

As a Machine Learning Engineer on our founding team, you’ll drive core machine learning solutions that are foundational to our product vision. You’ll lead in building end-to-end ML pipelines, from data collection and model training to deployment and monitoring. Your role will directly influence our product's evolution, performance, and reliability, establishing a blueprint for the future of AI in our space.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy high-performance ML models that scale across vast datasets, ensuring accuracy and robustness in production environments.
Own the entire ML pipeline, from data preprocessing, model training, and validation to deployment and monitoring, driving innovation at each stage.
Work closely with data engineering to optimize the data architecture for ML, implementing best practices for data integrity, privacy, and scalability.
Collaborate across teams (engineering, product, and design) to understand the business needs and translate them into ML solutions that enhance customer experience.
Explore cutting-edge techniques and technologies in AI and deep learning, integrating them into our workflows to continuously advance our capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:

Ph.D./M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field with proven experience deploying models in production.
Proven expertise in ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience with cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI).
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
Hands-on experience with distributed systems, large-scale data pipelines, and a passion for scalability and performance optimization.
Ability to make data-driven decisions with an emphasis on experimentation, continuous learning, and improvement.
A visionary mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
