Bloom is a seed-stage, venture-backed startup based in NYC.

Our vision is to use generative AI to personalize e-commerce content and drive more sales. Imagine shopping online where every product photo you see is generated for you in realtime. Bloom’s AI will pixel-by-pixel generate the highest-converting image imaginable for each shopper.

We already have a product built that generates positive ROI, with paying customers (included publicly traded companies), and a long waitlist of more customers to reach out to when ready. Our system is already processing more than $50M in annual revenue.

In late 2021, Bloom closed $1.1M in Seed funding to accelerate our vision and reach mass customer adoption. Backers include iNovia, Forum Ventures, and more. Notably, AIX ventures, a new AI-focused fund, includes GP’s like the CEO of Kaggle, Covariant, and Chris Manning, a computer science professor at Stanford with over 150,000 citations who heads the Stanford AI Lab (SAIL).

Our founding team is great at engineering and at sales. We are looking for top-tier AI talent to make this vision real. Generative AI is at the heart of our product and is arguably the most important part of the business.

This is an opportunity for an incredibly talented AI engineer who wants to join a de-risked startup with a big vision.
The customers are there, the product is already there and de-risked

Your work will be put directly into our system to directly increase our clients’ revenue - performance is quantitative and clear
Have a huge impact on the culture since you will be one of the crucial team members
Access and budget to the computational resources required to make it happen

Your Skills

Able to code very well
AI: computer vision, generative AI, reinforcement learning, recommender systems, etc.
Want and able to take on a lot of responsibility building a department from scratch
