Your tasks

As a Project Manager Working Student at Bots & People, you will be responsible for the following:

Support with managing training concepts and material, e.g. (update, research, translate, and design using tools like Miro and Canva)
Support the team with the preparation of customer meetings (preparing slides & research
Prepare briefing documentation for managing the external trainers
Handle customer and user care processes (support tickets and workshop facilitation support)
Collaborate proactively with the product team to identify and manage improvement opportunities
Be part of and support the implementation of a new LMS system for our Learners

Your profile

Ready to accept this challenge minimum for the next 6 months and available 20 hours a week ( the more the better :) )
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Human Resources/IT or similar
Demonstrate relevant internship experience in consulting/IT/B2B Startup
Currently an enrolled Master’s student in a relevant field (Business/ Management)
Possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Passionate and curious for agile and innovative ways of designing and managing upskilling initiatives
Experienced in building collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders (internal and external) and communicating professionally with enterprise clients
Have interest in technology and fundamental knowledge in Business Process Automation and AI
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Detail-oriented, structured, and able to navigate complexity
