Our client a major player in the capital markets is looking for an AI/ML engineer to join their AI/NLP/Assistant Technology team in Alpharetta, GA. They are a dynamic and fast-paced team within the Technology Division. They are responsible for creating Client facing and field-facing Chatbots using in-house as well as vendor products. The team uses cutting-edge innovative AI/NLP technology in building Virtual Assistants to support multiple business units. Role

This position will help with the development of virtual assistant using natural language processing and artificial intelligence systems. You will work with multi-functional engineering, Knowledge Management, project management, and QA teams to help build products and identify quality issues and deliver an outstanding Chatbot experience.

Required Skills

Proven experience in working with NLP, and AI systems. Expert in Python, SQL, JavaScript, knowledge of SQL is a plus.
10+ years of experience in designing and maintaining a UX, middle tier, and API integration.
Proven python coding skills to move and transform data from multiple sources to a data store/warehouse
Good to have statistics knowledge, such as hypothesis testing, experimental design, and sample size determination
Excellent presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways for leadership and peers
Creativity to engineer novel features and signals, and to push beyond current tools and approaches
3+ years of experience to work with and managing offshore and onshore teams on multiple projects/tasks as needed

Desired Skills

3-5 years of experience within the financial services industry
Experience in DevOps process
Experience working in Agile setup
