Technical Lead | About You

As a Technical Lead, you are responsible for acting as a liaison between the developers and the client. You have clear communication, understanding, and the ability to drive project vision and goals. You take the initiative to build relationships, learn new business processes, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Technical Lead | Day-to-Day

Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to enhance the existing technology through an understanding of the application landscape.
Coordinate with product owners, program managers, and onshore & offshore teams.
Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.
Write progress reports and deliver presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

Technical Lead | Skills & Experience

10+ years of hands-on technical expertise with exposure to Data, Analytics, and Machine Learning.
Solid experience with SQL, CI/CD pipeline, GitHub, AWS or Azure, and Python or Power BI is required.
Experience with Lambda, Redshift, and CloudFormation.
Background in managing several projects simultaneously while meeting timely deadlines.
Experience with Agile, DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
Healthcare or Pharma experience is a bonus!
