May 09, 2024 - PlantingSpace is hiring a remote Head of Talent Acquisition. 📍Location: Europe.

We are building an AI system that can accurately represent knowledge and handle uncertainty, to enable the discovery of insights and solve problems based on explainable reasoning. We envision applications to automate analysis and speed up research in domains such as Finance, Strategy Consulting, Engineering, Material Sciences, and more.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition leader with a track record and passion for talent across production-grade software engineering, machine learning, natural language processing, as well as research in various computer science and mathematical domains.

You will be part of a lean, results-oriented team of creative problem-solvers and doers, growing with us as we build a world-class AI research and product organisation.

Required experience

2+ years of talent acquisition leadership, creating and overseeing strategies for hiring technical, research, and other roles at a fast-growing tech company3+ years of experience developing and running effective candidate sourcing and talent marketing campaigns4+ years hands-on recruiting and candidate selection experience in technical domainsBasic programming experience and/or an academic background in a quantitative domain is a plus

Responsibilities

Establishing overall vision and roadmap for talent acquisition, managing for continuous improvementDefining hiring benchmarks and directing the team to meet and exceed themEstablishing the Employer Brand and setting up and talent marketing campaigns to help attract the best candidatesDriving the adoption of consistent, effective sourcing, interviewing, and hiring practices for the recruiting team, that achieve results and provide a good candidate experienceWorking with existing team members to track and deliver hiring needsIdentifying and partnering with external providers as neededStaying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
