Role Overview

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help design and build robust pipelines for data management, model training, and deployment to enable consistent improvements of our tabular data understanding models. You will be architecting, contributing to, and deploying high-performance solutions that improve processes responsible for billions of dollars in capital.

Responsibilities

Interface with teams to incorporate and build proprietary ML models
Provide guidance on technical roadmaps for various product lines
Design, develop and maintain a robust and scalable data management pipeline
Set standards for versioning and data quality control
Build a pipeline for automated model training, evaluation and deployment
Research latest techniques and methods in deep learning and natural language processing to improve representations of tabular data
Experiment on data augmentation techniques to enhance the quality of training data

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Relevant coursework in Machine learning, statistics, and linear algebra
4+ years an ML engineer, with track record of delivering high-quality products
Expertise in Python, Pytorch
Excellence in solving problems from first principles, and clear communication

Preferred

Experience with full product life cycle
Open-source contributions
Experience developing products for financial institutions
Familiarity with workflows at financial institutions
Passion for the financial industry
US Citizen/Permanent Resident
