We are looking for driven and purposeful professionals to join us, be a key part of the Botify Asia founding team, help leverage Botify’s great product, accelerate our expansion in the region and make an impact on the digital economy of Asia-Pacific.
Your impact:
●Foster adoption of the Botify Platform throughout customer organizations●As part of your onboarding (first six months), you will address all Support Level 1requests (email, slack, tickets) through triage up to the resolution●Work closely with customers to coordinate their work and set up their projectincluding every advanced setting offered by the platform: log files, segmentation,HTML Extract etc.●Deliver dedicated training based on our customers’ data and industry, from basicto advanced depending on people involved on the customer sides●Work with your customers to build Advanced Reports to answer businessobjectives (including the use of API)●Build long-term, deep relationships at all levels within our customers’organizations●Provide feedback to our Product Team with feature requests and productenhancements●Work closely with our Customer Success Team to maintain exceptionally highlevels of customer satisfaction●Building a process to triage clients’ needs from basic fundamentals to advanceduse cases
Your qualifications:●At least 1 year of experience as an in-house SEO for a medium to a largewebsite or at an agency, covering all aspects of SEO from high-level strategydown to technical SEO●You possess a strong understanding of search engines crawling behavior andimpact on traffic and revenue●Basic to Intermediate understanding of Regex, HTML, CSS, and JS.●You have some background in project management and client management,preferably as an SEO Program Manager or SEO Project Manager; this would bea plus●You possess exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills●You have strong interpersonal skills; you can work with both technical andbusiness staff●You are comfortable with technical concepts and adept at learning newtechnology applications
