The Retailer Services department is at the heart of NielsenIQ's key challenges as Associates have daily relationships with all FMCG Retailers in France.

Each additional collaboration is a new way to enrich our data and make the missions of all NielsenIQ employees even more exciting.

The Distribution Department is recruiting a Customer Success consultant, who will be the main FR point of contact in Amazon EU5 team (Italy, UK, France, Germany & Spain)

 

In this context your main missions will be:

  • Represent NielsenIQ as experienced Consultant for Amazon, based on a solid knowledge of the different Nielsen services (CPS and RMS, CI, analytics, pricing services)
  • Ensure the proper performance of the service provided: quality of the deliverables (bases, presentations) and delivery times
  • Contribute to Amazon satisfaction by responding efficiently and quickly to its needs, and by proactively designing the right solution to their needs (RMS/CPS/CI/ad-hoc analytics)  
  • Working as pioneer to build a long-term relationship with this strategic Client and become an essential link in the growth of Amazon's FMCG business
  • Leverage the NielsenIQ & Amazon data together to drive its business decisions (assortment management and price strategy in particular). This means for example building both regular and ad-hoc reports by merging Amazon and NielsenIQ data (sql programming and excel)
  • (Measure Nielsen's value creation for Amazon)
  • Internally, be Amazon voice enthusiastically and enrich the NielsenIQ culture on E-commerce in general and on Amazon in particular
  • Regular onsite presence in Amazon office (Clichy)

Qualifications

PROFILE

  • You own a Master Degree in Commercial or Engineering or have a comparable educational level or professional experience
  • You have a proven track record in building and establishing trustful relationships with strategic global clients
  • You have a client driven attitude and profound experience in working as experienced consultant for global clients. You are able to put in your client shoes and look for solutions to their needs.
  • You are well-organized and know how to prioritize
  • You own your projects, commit and deliver accordingly, even if that means coordinate several teams so quality data is delivered on time.
  • You are used to work in an international team. You will be France main point of contact, but work together with the rest of the team across EU5 projects (Italy, UK, France, Germany & Spain)
  • You are passionate by new digital technologies and are very adaptable to work in the specific dynamic & agile culture the client provides
  • You have to be interested in eCommerce and emerging trends in retail & technology
  • You are ingenious and creative. You know how to do more with less and are able to think outside the box to deliver needs for our clients
  • You like numbers and you know how to manipulate and interpret them and have the attention to detail
  • You are fluent in French & English
  • You have a perfect command of Nielsen and Office tools, especially Excel and are able to implement them quickly and customized in regards to the client needs
  • You already have some experience with SQL programming (and/or are eager to develop SQL skills)
