What you’ll do
The Enterprise Talent Manager ensures successful provision and management of linguistic talent on one or more enterprise accounts to ensure customer success.
The Enterprise Talent Manager executes tasks that support the capacity and performance management of the linguists on assigned enterprise accounts, including aligning resources to meet workload demands, tracking progress of linguists to meeting individual KPIs and customer SLAs.
This role will work remotely on a contract basis

Key responsibilities include:- Evaluate and manage performance of the enterprise linguist team, including individual linguist KPIs, cost and margin control and optimization, headcount and capacity utilization.
- Support the customer success team in defining the required linguist profiles, team numbers and composition to meet customer account needs.
- Oversee the execution of recruitment plans, ensures successful onboarding to desired timelines with appropriate database management.
- Build and nurtures a linguist community for enterprise customer(s), including activities to attract, onboarding, engage and retain high performing linguists.
- Provide proactive, timely updates to the customer success team, as well as their talent and community peers on the status of linguist sourcing and performance management tasks, able to prioritize urgent requirements in accordance with business goals.
- Maintain and exceed performance against KPIs, including OTD and Quality for their respective accounts.
- QRM (quality, remediation and mitigation) ticket resolution
Skills and Experience Needed:- +2 years experience in translation vendor management, project coordination/management, or other localization related activities.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in English at a professional level
- Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
