The Role
The Customer Success Manager delivers a range of services to new and existing clients, onboarding new clients, owning the business relationship with clients post-implementation of our software, and supporting the Kalibrate team to retain our clients within the retail fuel industry.
As a subject matter and industry expert, clients rely on you to help them understand the opportunity for, and extract maximum value from, our software and services and build long term relationships along the way.
Kalibrate is looking for someone who will play the leading role (peer to peer), supporting clients inside the retail fuel pricing environment.
This role is a remote position based in North America and will require extensive travel.Â
