Provide data analytics to SDLC for AI/ML.
Oversee database organizations, standards, controls, procedures, and documentation.
Provide technical consulting in the definition, design, and creation of data environments.
Work with Data Scientist team to analyze unstructured and semi-structured data, including latent semantic indexing (LSI), entity identification and tagging, complex event processing (CEP), and the application of analysis algorithms on distributed, clustered, and cloud-based high-performance infrastructures.
Work with visualization specialist to ensure output is captured to help understand complex problems.

Desired

Performs cost-benefit analyses and regression analyses to determine whether requirements are best met by manual, software, or hardware functions; making maximum use of commercial off-the-shelf or already developed components.
Applies knowledge of IC IE engineering needs to design improved processes, generate valid requirements, and ensures that these are consistent with the IC IE enterprise technical architecture.
