Who We’re Looking For
The TFS Data & Analytics (DnA) team is looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to help our growing Data Science practice.
Reporting to the Manager, Analytics Solutions, the person in this role will be responsible for working with the Data Scientists, Analysts, and Data Engineers to deploy complex machine learning solutions. The team member should have experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and pipelines in a cloud infrastructure. Additionally, this role will provide best-in-class coding practices and process improvements within a machine-learning operations framework.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Build scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, model validation, and model implementation.
- Drive adoption of best practices across the DnA organization.
- Deliver production-ready code.
- Create output and/or results that visualize findings using fixed reports and tools like Tableau/Power BI.
- Use statistical and machine learning techniques to create scalable analytical solutions.
- Prepare and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree or higher in a heavily analytical discipline.
- Solid experience in programming with Python, Scala, Java, etc.
- Experience with highly scalable ML frameworks (e.g., SQL, Spark, AWS Suite).
- Experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., Regression, Classification, Clustering, Optimization).
Added bonus if you have
- API development experience.
- Kubernetes / Docker experience.
- CI/CD experience.
- Ability to lead through influence and navigate complex cross-departmental priorities to impact change through partnership.
- Ability to simultaneously work to replace tools and processes while at the same time bridging and repairing existing legacy infrastructure and processes.
