DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a motivated freelance Project Coordinator to join our data collection team in Europe!
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence and technology!
Summary
The Project Coordinator will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure that data collection projects are completed efficiently and with high quality. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work autonomously and manage aggressive delivery schedules. This position will also work with internal technical and non-technical people alike and should have a desire to learn new tools, processes and concepts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate data collection project(s) from beginning to end
- Ensure participants understand all assignments, timelines are followed and deliveries are completed correctly and on time
- Share regular status updates on the progress of each active task with Production
- Work closely with Project Managers and other internal business partners to understand requirements and priorities for data collection
- Manage the flow of incoming requests and have the flexibility to adjust work requirements to create solutions to any issue.
- Address any existing and foreseeable questions, concerns, or queries from internal or external partners
- Support the Project Manager(s) on key initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Project Coordinator
- Strong project management / coordination and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, quick learner and organized
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and effectively multitask
- Quality and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
