We’re supporting a new Agency that is helping companies build new and exciting products with AI technologies. This company is at the forefront of artificial intelligence, both as consultants for existing businesses, and building new products entirely. As part of a broader public company, this new agency has the backging and pipeline to move quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to define product requirements, design user-friendly interfaces, and craft compelling user experiences in a remote team environment. You need to be a great communicator!
Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into elegant design solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
Utilize data and customer feedback to iterate and refine designs.
Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and gather feedback.
Contribute to our design system to maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity across our product suite.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years in a design agency setting.
An interest in the AI space. You’re excited about what AI and AI tooling can do both in Design specifically but for the future of technology generally.
Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious; an understanding of how to translate these needs into product features and user interfaces.
Strong communication skills; ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Expertise in Figma.
Understanding of how to design scalable and customizable design systems.
Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience and comfort working in a global remote company.
Experience working in Agile development process.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS.
Experience in designing mobile applications.
Proficiency in motion design and prototyping tools such as Principle, Framer etc.
