- Availability during training (10 business days): maximum 8 hours per day
- After the training period: minimum of 25 hours per week

DataForce by TransPerfect is looking for Quality Assurance Specialists with idiomatic fluency in Kurdish (Turkey) to work on one of our Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) projects.
Role Responsibilities 
Your primary responsibility will involve reviewing audio and video transcripts and ensuring that they adhere to the project guidelines and spelling standards.
All work will be conducted on an online platform. Selected candidates will receive detailed guidelines and training before joining the project.
- Idiomatic fluency in Kurdish
- Resident in Turkey
- Candidates must have excellent knowledge of spelling, accentuation, and punctuation rules for both the Latin and Arabic scripts
- Fluent proficiency in English (both written and oral communications)
- Previous experience with transcription or Quality Assurance is preferred
- Availability to attend our daily training from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+3) for the first 2 weeks
- Ability to perform tasks according to specific instructions
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate on shared documents
- Windows 10 is required
Additional information on the Qualification Training:
- To be selected for this project, you must pass the Qualification Training and the final quiz with a target accuracy of 95% or higher.
- To qualify for training payment, you must complete all training requirements:
    - Attend several mandatory guideline and policy introduction sessions
    - Actively participate in practice labeling by working on practice queues and conducting mutual quality inspections
    - Undertake several policy quizzes that are designed to assess your understanding of labeling policies and quality assurance tasks
    - Complete transcription tests to determine your eligibility to transition to production work
- Valid training time is compensated 6 USD per hour.
