Role: Generative AI/ML engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Expert to join our team and lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for transformative applications. Responsibilities
Develop and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Models and Generative AI algorithms.
Create applications that leverage deep learning techniques, including GPT-3, GPT-4, and other transformer-based models.
Lead the design and execution of experiments to evaluate the performance of LLMs and generative AI models.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver AI/ML solutions.
Fine-tune LLMs and explore methods like chain of thought prompting and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and drive innovation within the organization.
Publish academic research papers and contribute to patent development, where applicable.
Qualifications
Minimum Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Statistics, Operations Research, Machine Learning, or related technical fields.
10+ years of prior work experience as a data scientist or AI/ML engineer
Proven hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) applications, Information Retrieval, Machine Comprehension, Question Answering/Conversational AI.
Demonstrated experience with organizations recognized for cutting-edge applications of Generative AI and LLMs; having delivered 4-5 projects in production is ideal.
Proficiency in fine-tuning LLMs and familiarity with techniques such as chain of thought prompting and RLHF.
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Spark, R.
Experience with AWS framework or Azure ecosystem is a plus.
Exposure to Deep Learning applications and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe.
Strong passion for staying informed about the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
