We are looking for an experienced and ambitious builder to join our team in the role of Machine Learning Engineer, Predictions. In this role, you will be a primary contributor to our set of predictive models, allowing our clients to create better connections with their customers by helping predict the right message to send at the right time through the right channel.YOU WILL
- Be a primary contributor to our AI strategy, helping design and productize machine learning solutions.
- Build and tune models to deliver predictive value to our customers.
- Serve as an expert sounding board on approaches and techniques to derive signals from large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to bring new data science and AI products to market.
- Work in partnership with product management to drive compelling solutions through model and product coordination.
- Stay abreast of the latest frontier work in AI and make technical recommendations to the product organization.
- Partner with product management to prioritize predictive ML initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- 5+ years of experience in a data and ML-centric engineering role.
- An innate curiosity about data and its application to predictive solutions.
- A history of successful machine learning projects, taking projects from the ideation phase through R&D to production.
- An understanding of a broad spectrum of ML techniques and experience matching datasets to algorithms and models.
- Experience with XGBoost and scikit-learn
- Advanced proficiency with Python.
- Exposure to cloud MLOps, past experience with AWS toolsets a plus (Sagemaker and AWS-associated data tooling)
- Experience with Mongo, ElasticSearch or Snowflake as data repositories.
- Strong understanding of data science and AI technologies and their potential applications in the market, specifically in retail or eCommerce applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Desire and experience leading teams is a plus.
$150,000.00-$300,000.00 annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location. In combination with base salary, Cordial's compensation package includes equity and bonus, a robust benefit plan (medical/dental/vision/life), 401k match, flexible time off.
