About the Role
As our HR Counsel, you will be handling the following tasks, including but not limited to:
- prepare the employment agreements
- ensure compliance with local laws
- handle the onboarding and offboarding processes
- day-to-day support to the team: perks and benefits, visas, agreements, questions on payroll
- correspond with French/international administrations and external service providers
About You
You’ll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative to solve problems. You will be required to be autonomous, independent, and communicative as these are the keys to succeed in a decentralized organization like ours. You also have great organization skills, and administrative writing skills.
Ideally, you have previous experience within the legal field. You are fully proficient in French and English, both written and spoken.
