About the Team
A world-class product is key to Clari's success, and Product Management is at the centre of defining and delivering the market's leading Revenue Platform. This involves working with customers and our Design/Engineering teams to solve some of the most important and challenging problems in business and enterprise software. We expect and empower PMs to operate with a "general management" mindset – you own the impact of your product area, and get to collaborate with every function in the company to make it happen!
About the Role
Clari is looking for a product designer with a passion for solving problems, and curiosity to uncover user needs and behaviors to help transform business processes into meaningful product experiences. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary product team collaborating closely to grow our product capabilities to meet the needs of our ever-expanding customer base. You must be driven, and action-oriented, and understand the importance of collaboration with cross-functional team members in a fast-paced environment. Bonus if you are experienced in designing for B2B enterprise software with data visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Distill user needs into simple and elegant user experiences for a target persona
- Design for web applications, mobile experience is a plus
- Understand our roadmap commitments, plan and deliver value to our customers via incremental and major enhancements
- Creatively apply the best user interface design ideas of the consumer web to business applications
- Be comfortable in seeking and acting on feedback during iterative design process
- Effectively communicate design concepts and articulate rationales behind design decisions to a broad range of colleagues, customers, and end-users
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers on product design and implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and feedback sessions, synthesizing research to inform design decisions
- Understand the interaction patterns and standards and apply them appropriately
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience as a professional UX/UI Designer
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design skills
- Possess a good knowledge of design fundamentals (such as design thinking frameworks) in order to develop products
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, device types, and contexts such as iOS, Android, and web
- Proficient in Figma, knowledge of Sketch, InVision, or other wireframing and prototyping software
