Position Overview:
As a Junior Data Scientist, you will collaborate closely with senior data scientists and engineers to build, evaluate, and refine models that power our AI assistant. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data science and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models to support AI-driven email workflows.
- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and optimize product features.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production environments.
- Conduct data exploration, visualization, and analysis to inform product and business decisions.
- Help improve and refine the accuracy of AI models through fine-tuning, testing and experimentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques in machine learning, AI, and data science to drive innovation in the product.

- Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar).
- Basic understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Prior internship or project experience in data science or AI is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) or tools like Jupyter Notebooks is a plus.
