We are seeking a customer-focused Senior Program Manager to join us in our mission to make brain monitoring easily accessible, interpretable, and actionable. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll work with neurologists, research scientists, data scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality, reproducible analysis products that drive advancements in brain heath. This role reports to the Program Management Director and is in our Business Development domain.
Beacon's robust asynchronous work practices ensure a first-class remote work experience, but we also have in-person office hubs located in Boston, New York and Paris.
What success looks like:
Work with the team to develop project plans and execute those plans to timelines and budgetAdapt plans to changing customer needs and/or changes in analysis approach as new findings are revealedServe as a primary contact point for the customer, ensuring timely response and communicationEnsure appropriate and timely decision-makingSupport data collection from customers and collaborators, and ensuring compliance to data onboarding protocolsEnsure compliance with operating procedures and standards for data extraction processes, visualization and data governanceDocument and organize requirements, success criteria, milestones and deliverables for projects
