Position Summary
We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with a focus on developing, deploying, and optimizing generative models. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design innovative AI-driven products and services that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models, with a particular focus on Generative AI techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
- Optimize and fine-tune generative models for performance, scalability, and robustness.
- Implement machine learning pipelines and workflows to support the deployment and maintenance of AI models in production.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns that can inform model development.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using AI.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI by adhering to best practices in AI governance and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures, including GANs, VAEs, and Transformer models (like e.g., GPT, BERT).
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI solutions at scale.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for CI/CD in AI/ML pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation and a keen interest in the future of AI technologies.
