Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior AI Developer to join our team and help us build an AI-powered platform for data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have experience in deep learning and platform architecture, as well as a passion for creating cutting-edge products. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of AI technologies throughout the organization, from designing the architecture to developing the platform, and creating and tuning deep learning models to develop AI applications and solutions that deliver business value.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop an AI-powered platform that leverages proprietary datasets and customer data to answer questions and deliver responses
Develop and tune large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI for use in the platform
Work closely with the product team to recommend and implement the product strategy, and collaborate with data engineering to implement the platform
Collaborate with data science teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency of the AI models
Work with software engineering teams to deliver a seamless and user-friendly customer experience
Continuously research and evaluate the latest technologies in AI and machine learning
Recommend and implement the product strategy with the Chief Product Officer and other cross-functional teams
Hire, train, and mentor a team of AI developers as the company grows

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in deep learning and AI product development
Experience with platform architecture and building products from the ground up
Knowledge of the latest AI and machine learning technologies, particularly large language models such as OpenAI
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Passion for creating innovative AI-powered products
Experience leading a team is a plus, but not required
