🌟 About the Role:

We are looking to add a world-class candidate who wants the opportunity to lead AI research at Kaiber, help build a winning team, and combine technical expertise with a creative mindset to enhance the artistic experience

💼 What you’ll do:

You will be a founding team member and build Kaiber's applied research team, focusing on developing innovative generative techniques and advancing Kaiber's research agenda. You'll collaborate closely with the team to integrate your solutions into the product while ensuring the general maintenance, reliability, research, and development of our ML infrastructure.

4+ years of relevant industry experience.
U.S. timezone expectation, we consider candidates from anywhere.
Passion for AI-driven generative art and a strong desire to push the boundaries of technology.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
A leader who is passionate about building products and teams.
Remote-first mindset, but value occasional in-person meetings or events.

💰 What you'll be paid:

Since you are one of our first and most important hires, you will receive an equity package that reflects your desire for ownership and decision-making power within the team. While we are a boostrapped company without outside funding, our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted and is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S., but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description or from other regions.

Salary range: $120-150k
