Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced AI & ML Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that will drive the next generation of intelligent systems at [Precision Technologies]. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance our products and services, and solve complex real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable AI/ML models to solve business challenges, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
Implement and optimize deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess data and create feature engineering pipelines that ensure high-quality inputs for model training.
Deploy and integrate AI/ML models into production environments using cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Evaluate and fine-tune models using advanced techniques like cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and ensemble methods.
Continuously monitor and improve model performance post-deployment.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide AI-driven insights that support decision-making.
Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, research, and best practices, and apply them to ongoing projects.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into end-user applications.
Ensure ethical use of AI technologies, addressing concerns like bias, fairness, and transparency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as an AI/ML Developer or Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., decision trees, SVMs, neural networks) and deep learning techniques (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, transformers).
Strong mathematical foundation, including knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and scaling AI/ML models.
Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML.
