Smart HR, a leading HR company, is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our clients' dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge machine learning technologies that enable the clients software solutions to learn from and make intelligent decisions based on data. You will work closely with their software development teams to help them incorporate machine learning capabilities into their products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field and be passionate about machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies. The successful candidate will also be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms
Analyze large, complex data sets and identify patterns and trends
Develop and maintain data pipelines and data processing workflows
Collaborate with software development teams to integrate machine learning models into software products
Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability
Write code and documentation that adheres to Smart HR coding standards
Keep up-to-date with the latest machine learning technologies and research

Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in developing machine learning algorithms and models
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
