We are looking for a detail oriented and process driven Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team. This person will be pivotal in helping to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. We are looking for candidates that thrive in a fast paced environment, are excited to learn new technologies and have an “all hands on deck” mentality. As a starting place, this role is a 6 month contract.Â

What you will be doing:
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones ensuring all invitees have everything they need for the interviewManage logistics for the recruiting process, including candidate management, interview coordination, onboarding support, and recruitment administrationCoordinate all references and background checks are completed in advance of candidate commencement in order to align to global compliance measuresBuild and maintain strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates in order to drive an efficient and effective processManage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and good judgment in order to maintain first class candidate experienceAssist in the creation and posting of job descriptions and setting up interview processes in LeverInitiate and manage background check processing and administration
What success looks like:
1+ years of experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator or Administrative Assistant coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailThe ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers and candidatesPatience and adaptability Excellent interpersonal and communications skillsStrong coordination and planning abilitiesAbility to manage time efficiently and problem solve independentlyAbility to juggle multiple priorities effectively
