We're seeking an Operations Manager with extensive experience in system integrations and workflow optimization to drive operational excellence at Olly Olly. In this role, you'll work with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Stripe, and more to create seamless, scalable processes that empower our teams and enhance our platform's performance.

The Impact You'll Have

Lead the development and optimization of integrations between HubSpot, Zapier, Stripe, and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow across tools.
Design and maintain workflows that automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
Identify and address operational bottlenecks by implementing scalable solutions.
Develop and manage dashboards to provide actionable insights into key performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems and processes with business goals.

What We Really Need From You

5+ years of experience in operations, process optimization, or a similar role.
Extensive knowledge of integration tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Stripe (experience with additional tools is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable workflows.
Strong technical aptitude, including experience with API integrations and troubleshooting.
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
