Position Summary

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with a focus on developing, deploying, and optimizing generative models. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design innovative AI-driven products and services that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models, with a particular focus on Generative AI techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into production systems.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
Optimize and fine-tune generative models for performance, scalability, and robustness.
Implement machine learning pipelines and workflows to support the deployment and maintenance of AI models in production.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns that can inform model development.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using AI.
Ensure the ethical use of AI by adhering to best practices in AI governance and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures, including GANs, VAEs, and Transformer models (like e.g., GPT, BERT).
Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI solutions at scale.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for CI/CD in AI/ML pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A passion for innovation and a keen interest in the future of AI technologies.
