Responsibilities

Develop and enhance features using computer vision and NLP models.
Implement and optimize multi-modal systems that integrate text, audio, and video inputs to improve the realism and scalability of personalized video experiences.
Write high-performance, efficient code to optimize deep learning models for low-latency real-time video generation and processing.
Take ownership of key ML Ops components such as testing, CI/CD processes, and data pipelines.
Design and execute experiments to improve core generative AI models.
Contribute to improving technical foundations and influencing overall technical direction and strategy.

Requirements

A self-starter with a "get-things-done" mindset, motivated to learn and grow.
2-3+ years of industry experience in software development or adjacent roles.
Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
Strong understanding of video processing or video streaming.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in infrastructure and architecture (DevOps, ML Ops).
Expertise in developing low-latency applications, including algorithm optimization, threading, multiprocessing, and queue systems.
Experience training or fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
Familiarity with implementing research papers into production.
