Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance features using computer vision and NLP models.
- Implement and optimize multi-modal systems that integrate text, audio, and video inputs to improve the realism and scalability of personalized video experiences.
- Write high-performance, efficient code to optimize deep learning models for low-latency real-time video generation and processing.
- Take ownership of key ML Ops components such as testing, CI/CD processes, and data pipelines.
- Design and execute experiments to improve core generative AI models.
- Contribute to improving technical foundations and influencing overall technical direction and strategy.
Requirements
- A self-starter with a "get-things-done" mindset, motivated to learn and grow.
- 2-3+ years of industry experience in software development or adjacent roles.
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of video processing or video streaming.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in infrastructure and architecture (DevOps, ML Ops).
- Expertise in developing low-latency applications, including algorithm optimization, threading, multiprocessing, and queue systems.
- Experience training or fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with implementing research papers into production.
