What You'll Do As An AI Engineer
- **Build AI Agents:**\ Design and develop AI systems capable of handling complex, real-world tasks over multiple channels, including email, phone, and SMS.
- **Advance AI Reasoning:**\ Improve the decision-making and reasoning capabilities of AI agents to handle complex logistics scenarios effectively.

- **Develop Evaluation Frameworks:**\ Create robust metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure and enhance AI agent performance.

What We're Looking For
- **Educational Background:**\ At least a B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. Exceptional candidates from other backgrounds will be considered.
- **Experience with AI Systems:**\ Proven track record of building and deploying advanced AI systems, particularly for applications requiring reasoning and multi-step processes.
- **Expertise in Model Optimization:**\ Strong knowledge of fine-tuning and optimizing AI models for real-world performance.

- Technical Skills:
