The Role:
As a Machine Learning Engineer on our founding team, you’ll drive core machine learning solutions that are foundational to our product vision. You’ll lead in building end-to-end ML pipelines, from data collection and model training to deployment and monitoring. Your role will directly influence our product's evolution, performance, and reliability, establishing a blueprint for the future of AI in our space.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance ML models that scale across vast datasets, ensuring accuracy and robustness in production environments.
- Own the entire ML pipeline, from data preprocessing, model training, and validation to deployment and monitoring, driving innovation at each stage.
- Work closely with data engineering to optimize the data architecture for ML, implementing best practices for data integrity, privacy, and scalability.
- Collaborate across teams (engineering, product, and design) to understand the business needs and translate them into ML solutions that enhance customer experience.
- Explore cutting-edge techniques and technologies in AI and deep learning, integrating them into our workflows to continuously advance our capabilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ph.D./M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field with proven experience deploying models in production.
- Proven expertise in ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience with cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, large-scale data pipelines, and a passion for scalability and performance optimization.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions with an emphasis on experimentation, continuous learning, and improvement.
