Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on Computer Vision to join our growing startup team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and computer vision models to solve complex problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our products.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop machine learning algorithms and computer vision models for our products.
Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and validate machine learning models.
Develop and deploy machine learning models on cloud platforms and edge devices.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into our products.
Optimize machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and computer vision research.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
Contribute to the development of software tools and infrastructure to support machine learning workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of industry experience in machine learning and computer vision.
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and computer vision techniques, such as deep learning, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and image segmentation.
Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in machine learning, such as Python or C++.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience with edge computing and mobile device deployment.
Experience with distributed computing and parallel computing.
Experience with computer vision applications, such as object detection, tracking, and recognition.
