Data Analyst

WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.  We are seeking a Membership Services Data Analyst who would be responsible for driving an analytical work stream to support the leadership team on implementing best in class reporting. The role will be fast paced and would be ideal for a candidate who has been instrumental in standing up Operational KPIs, WFM reporting plus leading insights for process improvements. You will be an instrumental part of the team and will be a key player in supporting decisions and driving change  

Responsibilities:

• Execute on analytical workstream roadmap for Membership Services 
• Maintain current reporting dashboards and continue to evolve 
• The role includes identifying new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient
• Responsible for driving insights in a digestible manner for a large group of stakeholders with different needs
• Analyzing data to identify trends and insights & build a governance model to share with stakeholders
• Experience with managing numerous stakeholders and providing a consistent experience in terms of expectations, communications and deadlines 

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years working as an Analyst in a fast-paced and operational environment.
• A high level of mathematical ability with a knack for problem solving.
• The ability to analyze, model and interpret data.
• A methodical and logical approach to solving problems
• The ability to plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• SQL, Tableau or looker experience
• Previous work with tools such as Salesforce or Intercom preferred
